After its Asia jaunt in 2025, MIKU EXPO 2026, produced by Crypton Future Media, will travel across the continent from April 12 in Chicago to May 19 in Mexico City. Out of the 19 stops, fans in Ontario will get the chance to see Hatsune Miku live at TD Coliseum on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
Now on its 12th anniversary, MIKU EXPO 2026 promises a full concert experience with large-scale visuals, smooth choreography, and live music. Fans can look forward to favorites like “World is Mine” and “Tell Your World,” plus new tracks from the MIKU EXPO 2026 Song Contest.

Meet Hatsune Miku--- THE virtual diva whose voice has crossed borders. Her name "Hatsune" literally means "the first sound of the future", a symbol of being the first of Crypton's "Character Vocal Series". The virtual idol, personified as a sixteen year old girl with long, turqoise twintails, was released on 2007 and since then, she had been pushing boundaries of what it means to be an idol. The concept may be wild for a lot of people but her voice bank proved to be extremely popular, gaining 100,000 unique songs using her software. Miku also made history as the first Vocaloid to ever top the Japanese weekly Oricon album charts. She even appeared on numerous international anime expos, the Late Show with David Letterman on CBS and performed not just once but twice in Coachella.
