WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS ARE HELD AT THE FIRST ONTARIO CENTER?

The FirstOntario Center is a home for sports events and focuses mainly on that passion. Yet, they also host music and live shows, varying from concerts to special events, such as Disney On Ice and Monster Jam Trucks.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR EVENTS AT THE FIRSTONTARIO CENTER?

All ages are welcome at the FirstOntario Center as there is a wealth of variety of events that will entertain people of every age, but children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian older than 16.
Age restrictions may apply depending on the event organizers and promoters, some events will be strictly 18+ or 21+, so make sure you check the guidelines for the event you’re attending.
For events with an age restriction the venue may require proof of age by showing ID, so make sure you have yours to help the check-in process be as smooth as possible.

ARE THERE FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE AT THE FIRSTONTARIO CENTER?

Yes, there is The Lounge, where packages can be booked to enhance your time at the venue, as well concession stands throughout the venue.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE FIRSTONTARIO CENTER?

There is one garage directly linked to the venue. Alternative parking options within a 10-minute walk from the venue are available. We recommend advance booking and giving yourself enough time to park and pass the check-in process as it gets very busy on game or event days.

ARE BAGS ALLOWED INSIDE THE FIRSTONTARIO CENTER?

Yes, but all visitors need to expect to be subject to a search that includes pat downs, bag searches and wand checks. Failure to comply with searches will result in denied entry to the event and venue.

ARE PHONE CHARGING STATIONS AVAILABLE?
